Booking and confirmation

An inquiry through the site is not a booking. A booking is confirmed once the program and price are agreed and the required deposit is paid.

Prices

Prices are per person in a double room unless stated otherwise, and may change with the season and hotel availability until the booking is confirmed.

• Each program states what the price includes and excludes
• Children's prices depend on the hotel and age

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and change requests follow the hotel and transport company policies, which we share with you in writing before payment.
